This is a manual labor/warehouse position, not an IT support role. Responsibilities: Load, unload, move, and organize IT equipment, inventory, and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Operate hand tools and light warehouse equipment, including box cutters and non-motorized pallet jacks. Clean and prepare returned laptops, including sticker removal and basic equipment cleaning. Sort and manage returned cables, adapters, and related IT accessories. Maintain clean and safe warehouse/work areas. Inspect IT assets for visible damage and identify serial numbers. Follow OSHA guidelines, company safety procedures, and PPE requirements. Work independently while maintaining professional communication with team members. Work Environment: This position is performed in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to dust, seasonal temperature changes, and moderate noise.
