Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read work instructions and follow warehouse procedures. Basic math and counting skills required. Experience Requirements Warehouse experience preferred. Have familiarity with picking, packing, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations. Reach forklift expereince is a plus. Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment is beneficial. Preferred Qualifications Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Safety-focused with a commitment to quality standards. Flexible to work overtime and occasional weekends based on business needs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift, move, and carry products and materials safely. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and material handling equipment as assigned. Job Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time. Process shipments and assist with receiving incoming products and materials. Verify product quantities, labels, and order information for accuracy. Move, stage, organize, and store inventory throughout the warehouse. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Load, unload, palletize, and prepare products for shipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, safety standards, and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices. Handle wellness and nutritional products according to company guidelines. Work with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and production goals.
