The Wealth Management Business Process Specialist serves as a trusted partner to business and technology teams, helping drive process improvements, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives across Wealth Management. This role focuses on understanding business needs, managing requirements, facilitating Agile processes, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.

* Partner with Wealth Management business leaders, end users, and technology teams to understand business processes, operational challenges, and strategic objectives.
* Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process reviews, and discovery sessions.
* Translate business needs into detailed user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation for development teams.
* Create and maintain comprehensive end-user, technical, and process documentation to support solution implementation, training, and ongoing operations.
* Analyze existing workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and enhanced user experiences.
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and solutions align with business objectives.
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements, answer business questions, and support solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review proposed technology solutions and provide recommendations to ensure they effectively address business needs while aligning with organizational standards.
* Support testing activities by validating requirements, developing test scenarios, participating in user acceptance testing, and confirming delivered solutions meet business expectations.
* Facilitate requirements reviews, stakeholder working sessions, and solution demonstrations to gather feedback, build consensus, and ensure project alignment.
* Document business processes, workflows, use cases, and system interactions to create clear and actionable artifacts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Continuously evaluate business operations and recommend process improvements that enhance productivity, improve service delivery, and support organizational goals.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
* Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating work within Jira.
* Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation skills.
* Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational initiatives.
* Background in financial services, wealth management, or banking is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
