The Contract Recruiter is a temporary colleague responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for positions in an assigned region or unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own full-life-cycle recruiting for Professional Services roles, including:
• Application support and application management
• Implementation consultants (EMR, platform, systems)
• Infrastructure, domain, and environment management roles
• Technical project-based and client-facing resources
• Partner closely with Professional Services leaders to understand:
• Client delivery timelines and capacity needs
• Billable role requirements and utilization models
• Required certifications, compliance, and domain expertise
• Translate service-line needs into clear, realistic job profiles, challenging requirements when necessary based on market conditions.
• Source and engage candidates with experience in:
• Healthcare IT environments
• Legacy system optimization and modernization
• System integration, configuration, and data migration
• Regulated, compliance-driven delivery work
• Build and maintain pipelines for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles supporting active and upcoming client engagements.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience that reflects Claritev's professionalism and consultative culture.
• Manage offers and negotiations within defined contract parameters, partnering closely with TA leadership and HR.
• Track recruiting progress and hiring risks related to client delivery commitments.
• Maintain close collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance to ensure adherence to healthcare, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements.

JOB SCOPE:
Claritev is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our Professional Services organization, which delivers application management, optimization, domain and infrastructure management, and complex healthcare technology implementations for highly regulated environments. This role will focus on recruiting hands-on technical and functional services talent who support client delivery-professionals responsible for maintaining operational continuity, mitigating risk and compliance challenges, modernizing legacy systems, and ensuring successful system implementations. The recruiter will partner closely with Professional Services leaders to build teams that deliver measurable value across implementation, application support, infrastructure, and optimization engagements, balancing technical expertise, client-facing capability, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to technical or healthcare IT services roles
• Demonstrated success recruiting for:
• Professional services, consulting, or managed services teams
• Client-facing technical roles
• Project-based or implementation-driven hiring
• Working knowledge of healthcare IT environments, regulated systems, or compliance-driven organizations strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS/CRM tools
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent requisitions tied to delivery timelines
• Clear, confident communicator able to partner effectively with delivery leaders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguity-tolerant contract environment

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $50-$70 an hour. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity.
