This position will manage certain build-out, remodeling and branding projects for our 95 physical locations as well as coordinating and deliver facilities operations for physical locations. Buildout and remodeling projects require collaboration with architects and MPs to decision the test fit and design, coordinate construction contractor selection, manage permitting, overall construction management, furniture selection and ordering, security/access design and delivery, IT design, collaboration and delivery. Facilities Operations entail collaborating with the physical locations on certain repairs, upgrades and appropriate requests to ensure safe and optimal operation at each physical location. Throughout these project and facilities management responsibilities it will be critical to maintain a high level of customer service with our RMPs and MPs. What You Will Do: Work with minimal supervision, but with leadership from the Real Estate Planning and Operations Senior Manager and with teamwork from other Real Estate Project Managers. Project manage buildout, remodeling and branding projects. Coordinate and oversee certain facilities operations. Collaboration and assistance within the real estate project management and operations team. Collaboration and UCX with RMPs and MPs for in-flight projects. Collaboration with physical location personnel on facilities operations requests. Coordination, contraction, management and delivery of architects, construction contractors, security and access suppliers, IT department and suppliers and movers. Ensure material compliance with Firm build out standards and firm suppliers. Detailed project budgeting, align project team on the budget and material adherence to the budget. Proactively address and communicate issues that could impact the timely and successful completion of projects. Collaborate with firm management, suppliers, and service providers to maintain and update firm-wide standards for real estate, space design, furniture, audio visual, etc. Proactively identify areas for improvements in the firm's project management and facilities operations processes.
