Job Description: The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) plays a key role in the success and growth of the clinic. Working closely with the Hearing Care Professional to create an exceptional patient experience while helping drive new patient activity, community awareness, and overall clinic performance. This is a patient-focused, sales and business-growth role. The HCC builds strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, community partners, and local organizations to generate awareness and grow the clinic. Through proactive outreach, follow-up, appointment scheduling, and community engagement, the HCC helps connect people with the hearing care they need and supports the clinic in achieving its business goals.
