About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically proficient design expert to join a fast-paced product design team. This is an electrifying opportunity to wield your expertise at the critical intersection of creativity and technical precision. What You'll Do



  • Translate sophisticated graphic design concepts into accurate, production-ready artwork and comprehensive technical schematics.
  • Create and meticulously maintain detailed product graphics, layouts, labeling, and design files, ensuring absolute precision.
  • Prepare artwork with exact dimensions, organized layers, precise specifications, and impeccable file structures to facilitate seamless production.
  • Collaborate closely with talented graphic designers and diverse cross-functional partners to expertly execute designs for manufacturing.
  • Make informed and strategic design decisions, skillfully navigating complex technical and manufacturing constraints without compromising creative intent.
  • Separate and meticulously organize artwork tailored for various production and printing processes, ensuring optimal output.
  • Rigorously review all files for accuracy, consistency, and production readiness, upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Be instrumental in ensuring that digital artwork seamlessly transitions into high-quality physical products ready for market.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects with exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to detail and precision.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience in production design, graphic production, technical graphic design, or a closely related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience that showcases a strong understanding of design principles and execution.
  • Proven experience creating schematics, technical layouts, production artwork, or detailed design files that meet manufacturing standards.
  • A strong and comprehensive understanding of design execution coupled with deep technical knowledge of graphic design processes.
  • Experience with production-focused design work such as print, packaging, labeling, book design, typography, or product graphics.
  • Exceptional ability to interpret existing creative direction and accurately translate it into flawless, production-ready assets.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and the capability to work precisely within stringent specifications.
  • A compelling portfolio that clearly demonstrates technical and process-oriented design work, showcasing your expertise in preparing designs for production.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Knowledge of pre-press and various printing processes.
  • Experience with color separations or screen printing techniques.
  • Familiarity with trims, production specifications, and how designs apply to physical product applications.
  • Experience specifically preparing artwork for packaging or physical consumer products.
  • Strong typography skills, demonstrating an understanding of hierarchy and readability.
  • Previous experience working within the consumer products industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Prior experience supporting a large retail or consumer brand.
