Director Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy

Summary:

The Director Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall direction of Rehabilitation Services for CHRISTUS . This position is accountable for all aspects of planning, development, marketing and management of financial operations and personnel resources for rehabilitation services. The Director ensures the delivery of quality patient care, and implements processes, and development programs. This position is also responsible for the coordination, collaboration and communication of all aspects of CHRISTUS

Responsibilities:

• Manages the operation of health rehabilitation programs for the medical facility
• Consults with medical and professional staff of other departments and personnel from associated healthcare fields to plan and coordinate patient rehabilitation
• Assures productivity and financial goals are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
