Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-4:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Previous production or industrial experience preferred
• Experience using basic hand tools, including pipe wrenches
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Use small hand tools to assist with production and assembly tasks
• Count, sort, and box finished parts
• Support daily shop and production operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to lift materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for the entire workday
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a production environment
