Provide support to the Production Team, pack and cook rice product / food into pouches and run through the "rice-pack machine" Production assembly line type work.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Entry level candidates encouraged to apply
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Support the production team with food manufacturing operations
• Cook and package rice products into pouches
• Operate and monitor rice-packaging machinery
• Assist with assembly line production activities
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• No jewelry, facial piercings, acrylic nails, or nail polish permitted
• Good personal hygiene and clean clothing required
• Company provides uniforms, hairnets, goggles, boots, gloves, smocks, and other PPE
• Steel-toe footwear required
• No shorts or tank tops permitted

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
