This opportunity is based on a MIG Welder career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial. Experience Requirements: MIG and/or ARC welding knowledge required Ability to successfully complete a weld test Experience using hand tools, air tools, and power tools preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Dependable with a strong work ethic Job Duties: Perform MIG and ARC welding tasks as assigned Complete general manual labor duties within the production area Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools safely and effectively Assist with material handling and production support tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors Follow all safety and quality standards Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift. Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment. Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
