Requirements: Trade school or 1 year of welding experience (TIG preferred) Basic understanding of TIG welding techniques Interest in precision welding and working with small components Ability to work carefully with thin metals Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to follow drawings, measurements, and written instructions Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn High school diploma or equivalent preferred Welding certification is helpful but not required Benefits: Offered by our Client Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays On-the-job learning and career-development opportunities Opportunity to build specialized precision-welding experience Job Duties: Perform TIG welding on small components and thin-gauge materials Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal alloys Follow blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications Set up and safely operate TIG welding equipment Inspect completed welds for accuracy, consistency, and quality Use basic measuring and metalworking tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Collaborate with production and quality team members to meet deadlines The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
