Summary Stinson LLP is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our Minneapolis office. This position works directly with attorneys and clients on complex commercial real estate transactions throughout Minnesota and across the United States, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, title analysis, due diligence, corporate matters, and closings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing multiple complex transactions in a collaborative law firm environment, while providing exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, governmental agencies, and other professionals on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $92,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
