The Advanced Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of a physician practice. This individual oversees various administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice. They are responsible for managing caregivers, financial activities, patient relations, and regulatory compliance.
Scope: Scope of influence and complexity of role may be defined by factors, including but not limited to: *Expanded span of control of providers *Expanded span of control of direct and indirect reports *Location and geographical distance of practice(s) *Leadership specific criteria Position Details: Advanced Practice Manager (Exempt) Job Summary The Advanced Practice Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and patient centered operation of a physician practice. This position oversees administrative, operational, and financial functions while leading caregivers to deliver an exceptional patient experience. The Advanced Practice Manager partners closely with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and organizational leaders to support growth, productivity, and value based outcomes.
