What You'll Do



  • Lead enterprise-level system administration, monitoring, and deployment activities, ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation scripts to streamline operations, significantly enhance system efficiency, and minimize manual effort.
  • Build and maintain application dashboards for proactive monitoring and configure robust alerts for early issue detection across diverse monitoring tools and platforms, ensuring rapid response to potential problems.
  • Drive process improvements and strictly adhere to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices in all operational endeavors, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert-level administration, troubleshooting, and tuning for both Linux and Windows operating systems, guaranteeing optimal performance and unwavering reliability.
  • Ensure the stability and peak performance of large-scale distributed systems and high-availability architectures, supporting a resilient and robust infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability, effectively bridging the crucial gap between development and operations.


Required Skills & Experience

We are seeking a self-starter with a gritty resolve to delve deep into technical challenges, an extreme sense of ownership, and a strong customer orientation. You should possess the ability and confidence to independently resolve complex issues, drive impactful results, and significantly contribute to a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.



  • 6-8 years of experience with enterprise-level administration and support.
  • 6-8 years of experience in writing automation scripts, building application dashboards for proactive monitoring, and setting up alerts for early determination of issues using various monitoring tools and platforms.
  • 6-8 years of experience practicing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for process improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise systems administration, monitoring, and deployment activities.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) hosted via Virtual Machine.
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and IP routing.
  • Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration, troubleshooting, and tuning.
  • Development experience in one or more programming languages such as .Net, C#, Powershell, Yaml, Java, Python, or Bash.
  • Knowledge of one or more relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.


Nice-to-Have Skills



  • Experience within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
