Description and Requirements

Lenovo Corporate Strategic Alliances is seeking an experienced product leader to define, build, and scale AI-powered solutions that unlock the combined value of Lenovo's Corporate Strategic Alliance ecosystem. As a member of the Corporate Strategic Alliances organization, this role leads development and commercialization of alliance-led AI solutions that accelerate growth and deliver measurable business outcomes. This leader owns Corporate Strategic Alliance product lifecycle from market assessment through solution development, go-to-market execution, and scale. Working across Corporate Alliance Strategic partners, the role identifies market opportunities, defines alliance solution roadmaps, and develops AI driven offerings that address strategic business challenges.

The successful candidate combines product leadership with execution, applying emerging AI technologies and partner capabilities to develop AI solutions with measurable partner and strategic business value. By aligning Lenovo's capabilities with those of its strategic partners, this leader supports Lenovo's position as a leader in AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Corporate Strategic Alliances AI product roadmap, and execution of AI-powered products and initiatives
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities through market insights, competitive analysis, and emerging AI technology trends
  • Partner with Lenovo's strategic alliances ecosystem to accelerate AI innovation, co-development, and commercialization
  • Drive the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch, optimization, and scale
  • Develop and present product strategies, business cases, investment recommendations, success metrics, and governance frameworks to leadership, driving execution and measurable business impact
  • Serve as a thought leader on AI, Generative AI, AI agents, and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of AI or enterprise technology products from strategy through launch and scale
  • Track record of products that achieved strong adoption and measurable business results
  • Hands-on experience building with Generative AI, including model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows
  • Proven ability to develop product strategy, prioritize competing investments, and execute in a matrixed organization
  • Strong communication skills with experience influencing both senior leadership and external partners to align strategy and investment decisions
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving business
  • Working knowledge of AI solution architecture (how models are integrated, deployed, and operationalized) sufficient to assess feasibility and trade-offs with partner engineering teams
  • Familiarity with commercial models, partner economics, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise technology solutions
