Summary of Position The Sr. Manager, Business Development occupies a high-impact, cross-functional seat that bridges early-stage discovery, early clinical development and corporate partnerships. This individual will be responsible for shaping MacroGenics' pipeline, with an emphasis on immuno-oncology and novel antibody-based biologics. This role serves as the operational glue for internal program execution and key asset alliances. The ideal candidate will identify strategic opportunities and drive internal product strategy (across Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory), while managing strategic relationships with external partners. Additional Information The annual rate of pay for this position ranges from $156,600-238,800. For non-exempt roles, and according to applicable regulations, there may be the possibility for overtime pay. This role is eligible for the Company's discretionary bonus and discretionary equity incentives. The annual pay rate range is described in good faith, and the Company believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
