Job Summary: As a full-time Project Controls Scheduler, you will provide planning, scheduling, cost integration, and performance reporting for capital and operation projects at the Savannah River Site (SRS). You will collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Constructoin, Procurement, Operations, and Maintenance organizations to develop, manage, and analyze integrated resource-loaded, P6 schedules that support Department of Energy (DOE) Environmental Management mission objectives. You will apply project controls principles, earned value management (EVM), and DOE project management requirements to ensure projects are planned, executed, monitored, and reports in accordance with approved baselines, regulatory compliance, and contractual requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Savannah River Site, located in Aiken, SC. Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for nuclear, environmental remediation, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects. * Serve as the primary Project Controls/Scheduling lead for projects. * Perform schedule, cost, and risk analyses for complex projects. * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced project controls schedulers. * Support project planning from conceptual design through turnover, including schedule development, baseline establishment, progress updates, forecasting, and closeout. * Perform schedule health assessments, critical path analysis, float analysis, and resource evaluations. * Integrate schedule, cost, and scope information to support Earned Value Management (EVM). * Monitor project performance, identify variances, evaluate trends, and recommend corrective actions. * Prepare project controls reports, executive dashboards, and management presentations. * Support development of Estimates at Completion (EACs). * Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and subcontractors to collect project status. * Maintain project baselines through formal change control processes. * Ensure compliance with DOE Order 413.3 requirements and site procedures. Qualifications and Experience:
Preferred qualifications: * Experience supporting Savannah River Site or other DOE/NNSA facilities. * Knowledge of DOE Order 413.3 and EVMS requirements. * Advanced Primavera P6 experience. * Experience supporting nuclear operations, environmental remediation, or capital construction projects. * Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis, Deltek Acumen, Cobra, SAP, or EcoSys. * PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, EVP, or similar certification. | |
