Position Summary: The Area Coordinator for Residential Curriculum & Student Leadership provides leadership and oversight for residential communities while supporting the development of students and student staff. The Area Coordinator will supervise Resident Assistants, coordinate residential curriculum and leadership development initiatives, support student conduct and crisis response, and assist with housing operations. This position provides hands-on experience in supervision, leadership development, program development, assessment, conflict resolution, crisis management, and housing operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and develop Resident Assistants and other student staff. Coordinate and assess the residential curriculum. Develop student leadership and professional development opportunities. Plan and support educational, social, and community-building programs. Address student concerns, conduct matters, and conflicts. Respond to residential emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation. Assist with housing operations, occupancy management, opening and closing, and inspections. Collaborate with campus departments to support student success. Participate in departmental committees, assessment initiatives, and special projects.
