SUMMARY BLUvera, Mortenson's vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication business, is seeking a Quality Engineer to help ensure new products and manufacturing processes meet the highest standards for quality, reliability, and customer requirements. This role will partner closely with engineering, operations, production, and project teams to establish quality processes, identify risks, analyze performance, and drive corrective and preventive improvements. As BLUvera continues to scale and introduce innovative products, the Quality Engineer will have the opportunity to help build quality systems and processes from the ground up, solve complex problems, and influence how products are manufactured and delivered. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, getting to the root cause of issues, and turning quality challenges into lasting improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES

**The base pay range for the Quality Engineer I is $76,600 - $95,800. **The base pay range for the Quality Engineer II is $89,500 - $120,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
