Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm + on-call rotation

Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience in Healthcare.
  • Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

  • Conduct required in-home quality and compliance visits

  • Travel regularly to multiple client homes

  • Complete trainer certification and provide caregiver training as needed

  • Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation (first day of employment)

  • Complete new client onboarding paperwork, assess service needs, and determine visit cadence

  • Participate in Care partner orientations 2 days a week in the office setting to provide dementia training or hands on training related to transfers (hoyer, gait belt etc) and other ADLS as needed

  • Assist with annual performance evaluations of care partners.

  • Assist with providing services to clients in case of a call out or may need to fill in for a shift while oncall gets the shift staffed ( VIPS or veterans)

  • Participate in the rotation of oncall ( once every 3 weeks)

  • Perform complaint investigations

  • Helps with in office recruitment hiring events every quarter as needed. Also may be asked to attend Veteran focused events as needed
