What You'll Do:
  • Support engineering activities including design verification, testing, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype systems
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Construct, modify, calibrate, troubleshoot, test, and adjust equipment, tools, and systems
  • Conduct and document statistically based experiments to establish process parameters
  • Analyze test data and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Design and build tooling, fixtures, and specialized equipment for engineering applications
  • Organize and evaluate data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience as an engineering technician, electronics technician, manufacturing technician, or related technical role
  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, testing, and modifying electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical systems
  • 3+ years of experience using fabrication tools, test equipment, and technical documentation

  • Experience building and fabricating complex hardware assemblies
  • Strong understanding of technical principles, test methodologies, and engineering support processes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating process performance and test results
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Additional Information:
  • This is a 2nd Shift position
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen

  • Occasional overtime may be required based on program needs
