Build Something That Matters AFR Furniture Rental is seeking an experienced and results-oriented safety leader to help shape the future of safety and compliance across our growing national organization. This is more than a traditional safety role. We are looking for a leader who wants to build, influence, and drive meaningful change. The Director, Safety & Compliance will play a key role in strengthening safety performance, reducing organizational risk, and developing the programs, processes, and accountability that support long-term success. Working closely with Executive Leadership, Operations leaders, General Managers, Branch Managers, and Human Resources, this individual will help establish and standardize safety and compliance programs across AFR's nationwide network of warehouse, transportation, delivery, and office operations. This position is ideally based at our Corporate Headquarters in Pennsauken, New Jersey. We will also consider candidates located in the Phoenix, Arizona or Miami, Florida markets. Preference will be given to candidates located near one of these locations to support close collaboration with executive leadership and business operations.
