DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will learn and participate in IT and business operations that help our Administration and Real Estate Services stay organized and efficient. As an Information Technology Intern, you will perform the following duties:
- Track IT Assets: Update inventory records and verify information accuracy
- Document Processes: Capture current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide Administrative Functions: Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks for IT and business operations projects
- Prepare Data: Collect and format information for routine reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Support Project Coordination: Monitor timelines and deliverables, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and maintain organized project materials
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fall internship
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work hours and telework schedule can be discussed/flexed at time of interview.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Internship Requirements:
- You must be enrolled (either full-time OR part-time) at a college or university in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of their internship.
- You must be majoring, minoring, or have a concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or other related field.
- You must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
