Production Associate

Now hiring: Production Associate in Piney Flats, TN

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Day Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Join us as a Production Associate in Piney Flats and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift to 30 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Job Duties:

• Assemble electric motors and related components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual and quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and assembly instructions.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the production process.
• Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.
