Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift: 7:30 AM-4 PM

Ready to work as a Shipping Associate in Chanhassen? This gig is for folks who like staying busy, working with a crew, and making sure freight keeps moving in and out without a hitch.

Job Duties:

• Process daily shipping operations by reviewing pick lists and preparing orders for shipment.
• Pick, kit, and stage materials from warehouse inventory based on shipping requirements.
• Pack and label shipments to ensure accuracy, security, and professional presentation.
• Generate shipping labels and process outbound shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers.
• Update shipping systems with accurate tracking, carrier, cost, and shipment details.
• Prepare pallets and stage outbound freight in designated shipping areas.
• Load trucks as needed and ensure safe handling of outgoing materials.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping and logistics records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and accounting, to resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping environment.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics preferred.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight shipping systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and labeling.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or shipping software (MS Dynamics preferred).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
