Responsibilities:
- Representing Atlantic City property for Internet gaming operations, working in very close co-operation with the property's chosen Internet gaming provider.
- Acting as primary liaison to the appropriate regulatory bodies along with state and federal taxing authorities.
- Responsible for ensuring the proper operation and integrity of Internet gaming, monitoring compliance with State and Federal regulations and reviewing all reports of suspicious behavior.
- Ensure the effective management of anti-money laundering processes, assessments, and reviews.
- Responsible for decision making on internally generated suspicious activity reports and reporting internally to the Company compliance and Audit Committee and to the state and federal regulators as required.
- Managing and overseeing the Responsible Gaming function for New Jersey, ensuring that all responsible gaming cases, player communications and concerns, reporting and reviews are effectively handled by the local team.
- Reviewing complex/high profile Security, Game Integrity, and Responsible Gaming cases to avoid financial loss, damage and/or any regulatory breach engaging in or attempting to engage in or who is responsibly suspected of cheating, theft, embezzlement, collusion, money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Required to be excluded pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:12-71, 5:12-71.2, or any person who is prohibited from entering a casino or a casino simulcasting facility pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:12-119(a); or Prohibited by the casino license from Internet wagering.
- Responsible that Patron complaints related to Internet gaming are investigated with a response provided in accordance with the New Jersey regulations are communicated to and resolved by the appropriate company department having jurisdiction over the complaint within the time frames determined by the regulation are properly communicated to the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement as required by the regulations.
- Responsible that appropriate Internal Controls are developed, maintained, and followed in accordance with state and federal regulations related to Internet gaming.
- Coordinates all changes to internal controls, systems and policies and procedures with all regulatory bodies.
- Ensure the regular audit processes related to Internet Gaming Revenues are completed and related reports are incorporated into the weekly, monthly, and annual filings for tax and financial statement purposes for Resorts as required.
- Monitor and review daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting requirements for all regulatory bodies and state and federal taxing authorities as required.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement, ensuring that all required communication and reporting between the property and the Division is in place.
- Production of regular management reports.
- Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience
CASINO KEY LICENSE (required)
Relevant gaming and/or online poker experience along with gaming industry experience in internal control development, financial statement reporting and related compliance. (preferred)
Demonstrable experience in working closely and successfully with external suppliers and providers. (preferred)
Minimum five (5) years' experience of working in highly regulated environments in a Compliance or Audit role. (preferred)
