Description Responsibilities: Traces documentation to summaries and audits numerical sequence, signature and other documentation for accountability and compliance with internal control submission and state regulations. Prepares input sheet for daily revenue journals. Participates in the reading of slot machine meters. Institutes and documents control procedures for issuance and redemption of all coupons and tickets by computerized system. Maintains a daily and monthly reconciliation by analyzing all outstanding items. Works in conjunction with other operating departments in the execution of new coupon programs. Investigates and reports any discrepancies with outlined control procedures. Responsible for ordering and security of all coupon tickets. Assists with lifting, storage, and maintenance of departmental records. Completes special assignments for management as requested. Other Duties as assigned. Work Environment: Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
