We're seeking experienced Industrial Chiller Technicians to support a major data center project. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for HVAC professionals with extensive chiller experience who thrive in fast-paced, critical infrastructure environments. Pay: $55-$60/hour Start Date: Mid-July Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 7 days per week Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial chiller systems. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before failures occur. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mission-critical cooling equipment. Support root cause analysis and system optimization efforts. Provide technical expertise and guidance to HVAC maintenance teams. Ensure maximum reliability and uptime of data center cooling systems. Qualifications 8+ years of industrial chiller experience. Strong knowledge of centrifugal, screw, and large-scale chiller systems. Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and controls. Background with Trane equipment preferred. Data center, mission-critical, or industrial facility experience strongly preferred.
