Industrial HVAC Technician (Contract) \| Data Center Operations Looking for a high-paying HVAC opportunity with consistent hours and long-term project stability? We are hiring experienced Industrial HVAC Technicians for a contract assignment supporting advanced cooling infrastructure in a data center environment. This role offers competitive pay, steady work, and the opportunity to work with industry-leading Trane equipment. Pay: Mid-Level HVAC Technician: $38-$42/hour Senior HVAC Technician: $45-$50/hour Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 7 days per week Start Date: Mid-July Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment and mechanical systems. Respond to service calls, work orders, and emergency maintenance requests. Support critical cooling infrastructure in a data center environment. Maintain accurate maintenance and service records. Assist with system optimization and equipment reliability initiatives. Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
