Shipping Coordinator - Temp Opportunity \| 1st Shift \| Quality-Focused Manufacturing Environment Looking for a hands-on Shipping Coordinator role where accuracy, quality, and attention to detail matter? This temp position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment supporting customer-driven manufacturing and shipping operations. The Shipping Coordinator works independently in a dynamic setting, partnering with customers and internal teams to translate product requirements into clear, actionable processing instructions. This role requires strong judgment in both front-end and back-end workflow decisions, ensuring products meet specifications from intake through final shipment. Once processing is complete, the Shipping Coordinator is responsible for inspecting finished products, confirming quality standards are met, and ensuring accurate re-packaging and shipment to customers. Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming customer product for processing. Determine and establish the proper product processing sequence. Inspect finished goods for quality and specification compliance. Ensure accurate packaging and shipment of completed orders. Utilize online systems to order supplies as needed. Support additional operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient with internet-based ordering systems. Basic experience with MS Word and web browsers (Internet Explorer or similar). Familiarity with industrial tools (drills, cutting tools) preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. High-energy work style with a strong sense of accountability. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
