About the Position

People Inc. is looking for an Associate Account Strategist to support the growth and execution of our pharmaceutical and healthcare partnerships. This individual will partner closely with Senior Account Strategists to help manage complex accounts while also owning day-to-day strategy and execution for smaller strategic business opportunities.

With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for media, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Ad Operations, RevOps, and Analytics teams to support high-performing campaigns across Digital HCP & DTC, Point of Care, Print, AI, and emerging healthcare media solutions.

You will play a key role in campaign execution, client support, reporting, and performance optimization while gaining exposure to strategic planning and healthcare-focused measurement solutions such as Crossix and IQVIA. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow within a fun, fast-paced health advertising environment while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Hybrid 3x a week - New York, NY
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid with the ability to work remotely up to two days per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required in-office days.

About the Position's Contributions:

  • Partner closely with Senior Account Strategists to support large, complex health and pharmaceutical accounts while independently managing a portfolio of smaller strategic accounts.

  • Respond to RFPs and develop media plans aligned with clients' strategic marketing and brand objectives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.

  • Execute and implement digital advertising campaigns to ensure successful delivery, optimization, and performance across campaigns. Includes coordinating cross-functional teams to implement custom executions and solutions.

  • In partnership with sales, deliver a high-touch, white glove client experience by serving as a key internal and external point of contact throughout campaign execution and post-sale support.

  • Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are trafficked accurately, monitored proactively, and optimized effectively to meet client KPIs.

  • Support campaign measurement and performance analysis using healthcare-focused attribution and analytics platforms such as Crossix and IQVIA, helping clients understand campaign impact and audience engagement.

  • Maximize campaign performance and revenue growth by partnering with RevOps and cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities, improve renewal rates, and grow existing business.

  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation by updating contract management systems with change orders, optimizations, delays, and other revisions that may impact revenue or delivery.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent digital marketing or sales experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of digital advertising, account management, client services, media planning, or project management experience preferred, anything within healthcare or pharmaceutical is a plus.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with digital media measurement, attribution, and reporting platforms such as Crossix, IQVIA, or other healthcare analytics tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across sales, operations, analytics, and client teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach and attention to detail.

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
