The Job at a Glance As the Talent and Culture Training Coordinator (internally known as Study Buddy), you will design, develop, and deliver engaging onboarding and training experiences that enable team members to succeed across a variety of business functions. This role requires a strong ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and concepts, and translate them into clear, effective, and scalable learning solutions. You will partner closely with subject matter experts and leaders to create structured, high-impact training programs that evolve alongside the organization. Success in this role requires a blend of instructional design, facilitation, organization, and project management skills, along with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs-including support for new systems, tools, and transformation initiatives. The salary range for this role is $29.00 -$39.14 hourly which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
