General Administrator - Industrial Construction Site

Childress, TX | $25/hour | Mon-Fri (normal business hours)

Join a fast-paced industrial construction project where your organizational skills directly support field operations and project success. This role is 100% onsite at a busy jobsite and plays a key part in keeping documentation, communication, and coordination running smoothly between site leadership, vendors, and project teams.

• Support Construction Manager and Superintendents with day-to-day administrative needs
• Coordinate meetings, site communication, and maintain accurate meeting notes
• Manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings, logs, and records)
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and tracking manpower, safety, and progress
• Support procurement tasks including PO tracking, invoices, and delivery records
• Maintain calendars, contact lists, and general site office organization

• 2+ years of administrative experience (construction/industrial/EPC preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently onsite
