TITLE Enrollment Financial Manager JOB SUMMARY The Enrollment Financial Manager provides division-level financial and operational support for the Enrollment Division. This position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial operations, supporting budget development and ongoing fiscal management, and ensuring the consistent implementation of business processes across Enrollment departments. This role supports the execution of financial strategy by maintaining budget integrity, standardizing reporting, and providing accurate and timely financial data to inform leadership decision-making. Primary responsibilities include the oversight of revenue and expenditure activity, preparation of budget projections and variance analyses, and operational alignment with established priorities and available resources. The manager exercises independent judgement in interpreting financial data, monitoring operational performance, and identifying potential risks or inefficiencies, while escalating complex issues and recommendations to the Senior Manager as appropriate. A thorough knowledge of University policies, is necessary to conduct the assigned work. Work is performed under moderate direction and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field. EXPERIENCE Minimum of three (3) years professional experience in business operations, accounting, or related field. REQUIREMENT Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.
