Cirrus Logic is seeking an experienced Silicon Technology Manager to lead the Silicon NPI team in support of mixed-signal product development. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between foundry process capabilities and the requirements of high-performance analog and mixed-signal design. You will lead a team of engineers focused on solving complex silicon technology challenges across new product introduction, including safe operating area (SOA), design rule check (DRC) issues, device reliability, and process-related product risks. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive effective collaboration with foundry and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet performance, yield, cost, and schedule objectives.
