Job Summary: The Clinical Quality Improvement Nurse oversees performance improvement and patient safety initiatives for trauma and/or burn patients across the continuum of care. This role ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and verification standards while partnering with medical directors, program leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care. Essential Functions:
Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing; Masters preferred Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training: Current RN licensure in the applicable state. Specialty certifications: (TCRN, CEN, PCEN, and/or burn-specific credentials) preferred; required within 2 years of employment. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required, with trauma/burn nursing experience preferred. Salary Range: Minimum 47.96/hour - Maximum 74.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
