Job Title: Contractor - Enterprise Technology Systems

Location(s): Pensacola, FL

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in enterprise technology systems. This role requires an individual who can work independently or collaboratively, ensuring smooth operation and support for hardware, software, and network systems.

• Provide support for hardware and equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Offer Windows 11 OS support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with basic networking tasks and problem-solving.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently or in a collaborative environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in hardware/equipment setup and support.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 OS support and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking experience.

Like to Have:

• Security certification or degree related to the IT field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with printer server management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
