Position Summary Odyssey is seeking an experienced, detailoriented Senior Organizational Operations Specialist to support an Air Force acquisition mission on the EB contract at Eglin AFB, Florida. This role provides highlevel administrative and operational coordination to division leadership. Responsibilities Main duties include, but are not limited to:
Contract file scanning and digitization
Secondary duties could evolve to:
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance Education: Associates degree and 10 years relevant experience; OR Bachelors degree and 7 years relevant experience; OR Masters degree and 5 years relevant experience Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Current Top Secret Education: Bachelors degree and 10 years relevant experience Technical Skills * File structuring and digital organization
* Network drive navigation and file uploading * Records management and compliance with government standards * Handling and preparing physical records for destruction Interpersonal Skills * Clear communication
