Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist homeowners with accessing and submitting warranty tickets through the company system
  • Record and maintain detailed warranty notes provided by the construction team
  • Support coordination and scheduling of warranty-related work with internal teams and trade partners
  • Maintain and distribute weekly warranty reports to ensure visibility and timely follow-up
  • Monitor open warranty items, follow up on outstanding work, and escalate delays as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between construction teams, trade partners, and homeowners to provide updates and ensure timely completion of work
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule warranty repairs and confirm availability
  • Coordinate utility setup (water and power) for homes under construction
  • Schedule and reschedule municipal and third-party inspections as needed
  • Enter and track EPOs (Extra Purchase Orders) for field approvals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within internal systems, ensuring all activities are properly recorded
  • Assist with tracking job progress and supporting alignment of schedules, approvals, and inspections with project timelines
  • Provide professional and timely communication to support a positive customer experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in residential construction, warranty coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Familiarity with construction software and processes a plus
  • Ability to read and analyze construction documents and knowledge of building codes and methods.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple homes under construction simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact with team members in a socially acceptable manner daily.
  • Must be willing to participate in company cultural events either in house or offsite.
  • Must be willing to participate in one-on-one meetings with direct supervisor to keep them informed of professional needs and life events.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and exercise delegated decision making.
  • Proactive-anticipates needs and takes action.
  • Knowledge of Orlando subcontractor base.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
