Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory operations by ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient movement of merchandise throughout the store. This role contributes to product availability by executing goods flow processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting stock replenishment activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering operational excellence while working collaboratively with team members.

Job Responsibilities



  • Execute assigned goods flow tasks accurately and on schedule to support product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Receive, process, move, store, and replenish merchandise in accordance with established operational procedures.
  • Utilize inventory management systems, scanning equipment, and operational tools to support efficient goods flow processes and maintain data accuracy.
  • Follow inventory control procedures to maximize stock accuracy and ensure product availability.
  • Perform stock replenishment and merchandise movement activities throughout the store and warehouse areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies as needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, security, and operational procedures while handling merchandise and equipment.
  • Assist in identifying and preventing workplace incidents involving employees, customers, products, equipment, and facilities.
  • Support departmental goals and operational objectives through active participation and teamwork.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to support overall store operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, stockroom, logistics, retail operations, or merchandise handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer and inventory system proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.


Work Experience



  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stocking, logistics, distribution, retail operations, or merchandise handling preferred.
  • Experience using inventory management systems, scanners, or warehouse technology is a plus.
