Key responsibilities include leading program evaluation and analysis, managing grant allocations and project expenditures, directing marketing and outreach efforts, and managing institutional compliance workflows (such as IRB interfaces). While this position does not have formal direct reports, the incumbent frequently schedules, trains, and functionally leads temporary staff, student workers, and project team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of program curricula, training modules, and workshops, serving as the primary lead for project timelines and deliverables.

  • Manage the program's designated funding allocations, ensuring strict adherence to university financial protocols and external funding constraints.
  • Monitor and forecast expenditures, process payments, track vendor contracts, and authorize programmatic spending within established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with GWSB Finance and external funding bodies to assist with future funding opportunities, financial reporting, and compliance audits.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the Institutional Review Board (IRB), ensuring all research activities, programmatic components, and data collection standards remain in full compliance with federal and university regulatory policies.
  • Manage data management protocols, ensuring secure storage, confidentiality, and accurate documentation of participant metrics and research outputs.
  • Coordinate outreach with other GW stakeholders, administrative divisions, and external partners to maintain standard operational efficiencies and cross-departmental alignment.
  • Develop and execute the program's public web presence, digital marketing strategies, and promotional materials to drive engagement and programmatic reach.
  • Plan, resource, and lead high-impact program events, lectures, and community engagement forums.
  • Provide functional supervision, scheduling, and training to temporary staff, student employees, wage hires, or project volunteers; assign project tasks and review work output for accuracy and completeness.
