Job Description The Process Engineer determines the most cost-effective ways to use basic factors of production (people, equipment, materials, information and energy) to produce a product. The Engineer will be primarily concerned with increasing productivity through management of process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, SPC (Statistical Process Control) or Six Sigma methods. Additionally, the Process Engineer will work with vendors, customers and Olympic employees to design or improve systems for scheduling, capacity planning, production speed and project equipment implementation.
