The Event Plan & Vndr Mgmt Spec oversees all aspects of event planning from inception through execution.
- Provides management and operationaloversight of all marketing vendors
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manages all facets off-site meetings including event planning, vendor coordination, materials, attendeeregistration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and technology if required
- Implements an event strategy to achieve financial, operational, and outreach objectives
- Manages budgets and ensures that events stay within cost projections
- Develops marketing collateral including the design, pagination, and distribution of materials
- Oversees gamification of platform management, EMR/E-referral user management, and marketing distributionservices
- Manages marketing electronic contact channels and coordinates inquiries and issues resolution
- Manages marketing vendors including credentialing, selection issue resolution, and termination
- Works with leadership to facilitate executive of Lincare Sales Training responsibilities
Education
- Bachelor'sDegreein business or related field, Required
Work Experience
- 2-3 years Marketing or business related, Required
- 1 year or more in special event planning, Preferred
- 1 year or more previous vendor management, Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
- respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
- write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or styles
- make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complextopics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
- work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, andfundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
- apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practicalsituations
- define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram formand deal with several abstract and concrete variables
