Purpose of the Job


This role offers the opportunity to help Small and Medium Business (SMB) prospects succeed by leveraging Google products and insights. Working with the Global Ads Marketing Web Team, you'll be involved in the execution and operational management of our primary owned web channels. In this role, you will help drive acquisition and engagement by optimizing the web experience for future Google Ads users globally.


Key Responsibilities:





  • Fully understand the client objectives, plan and execute a strategy to achieve this.
  • Be the primary operational point of contact for the client stakeholder. Understand their needs and implement accordingly.
  • Support with vendor management and budget management for each quarter.
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions around the project.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining goals, objectives, timelines, and key milestones. Flexibility to jump between projects based on team's priorities
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align project objectives and expectations
  • Collaborate and manage cross-functional business relationships with internal client teams, and external parties to drive business objectives forward within time and budget requirements.
  • Own program coordination with internal infrastructure team and marketers to launch paid campaigns & landing pages in AMER & EMEA
  • Own the full project lifecycle for creative campaigns for the Web team. This role requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating multiple review rounds and ensuring all deliverables are executed on time and on brand.
  • Serve as the go-to resource with high level knowledge of all of the team's ongoing projects with the ability to get involved in execution as needed
  • Build and maintain a roadmap of all projects and web tests for the team for planning and reporting purposes



Knowledge, Skills + Experience



  • 4-5 years of experience in consulting or/and marketing
  • BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation design skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills are a must, with the ability to collaborate across various teams, and drive decisions quickly.


  • Strong analytical skills and organizing data and getting actionable insights.
  • Execution focused with a strong attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding presentation and written communication skills, with creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.


  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and experience working with the SMB audience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
