Description
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree, in Business, Manufacturing, or Welding related fields plus/preferred.
- Or 5+ years prior industrial sales experience in related markets O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen
- Highly motivated & results oriented with strong desire to succeed
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to travel domestically with the potential for some international to conduct sales presentations
- Valid Driver's License
- Due to the military contract requirements, US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory for consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Frequent travel to customers, both existing and new accounts, related to the various industries (O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen)
- Listen to customers and help identify solutions to customers' concerns or challenges
- Collaborate with other departments and team focused on meeting targets to achieve long term profitability
- Potentially 30-40% travel requirements locally between customer visits, business unit locations, or industry events
- Strong personal computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet software and Power Point
- Maintain detailed records on assigned accounts and contact information within Salesforce including cases, tracking opportunities & leads
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple customers/prospect accounts
- Other duties as assigned
