Description Job Description The IT Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (BSA) II is an intermediate-level role responsible for enterprise system implementations, enhancements, and issue management. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing system workflows, leading testing efforts, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise System Issue Management Monitor, track, and analyze IT issues, incidents, and service disruptions Perform configuration changes and system customizations Act as first point of contact for IT system issues Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions Enterprise System Implementation & Enhancements Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and workflows Analyze data flows and develop integration and mapping strategies Collaborate with developers on system customizations Develop and execute test plans (functional and regression) Manage change requests, releases, and stakeholder communications Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts Skills oracle ebs Top Skills Details oracle ebs Additional Skills & Qualifications Top Skills' Details 4-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle EBS R12 Strong experience in Finance modules: Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Fixed Assets General Ledger (GL) Cash Management Ability to troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis Experience translating business requirements into workflows, system designs, and user stories Experience leading testing efforts, including UAT and regression testing Strong collaboration with developers and business stakeholders Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $66.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
