Analyst - Finance Transformation

Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting critical back-office finance and operational workflows within the Finance Transformation department.

The role is intended for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can provide consistent day-to-day support across a range of operational activities, including contracting coordination, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, vendor follow-up, and general finance operations. The position requires strong follow-through, responsiveness, and the ability to work across multiple internal teams to help keep operational processes moving efficiently.

This is an operationally important role that provides dedicated support for recurring finance and administrative responsibilities that must be executed consistently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support contracting coordination, including collaboration with the Legal team to help move contracts through the end-to-end execution process.

  • Support procure-to-pay and order-to-cash activities, including invoice processing, payment coordination, billing support, and related follow-up activities.

  • Coordinate vendor management activities, including onboarding support and billing follow-up.

  • Provide general back-office finance support as needed across recurring operational workflows.

  • Support transformation-related projects that may require coordination across multiple departments within the organization.

  • Help ensure operational tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established internal processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage recurring tasks with consistency and follow-through

  • Professional communication skills and comfort coordinating across internal and external teams

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Willingness to learn finance operations, contracting, procurement, and invoicing processes in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to procure-to-pay, invoicing, contract administration, or other back-office finance activities

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or workstreams simultaneously

  • Experience in a start-up, venture, or cross-functional operating environment
