We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled design professional to join our dynamic global creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brand, leading impactful campaigns from concept to execution, and ensuring our messaging resonates globally. Your creative leadership will directly influence how our products are perceived and celebrated, driving engagement and reinforcing our commitment to authentic self-expression.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead high-level design and brand campaigns across both print and digital platforms, overseeing 360 delivery for key product launches and significant brand moments.

* Manage projects comprehensively from initial concept development through final execution, incorporating cross-functional feedback and meticulously managing timelines.

* Collaborate with global teams to identify creative needs and provide essential support.

* Partner with external agencies to enhance cross-functional capabilities and creative output.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.

* Minimum of 8 years of professional design experience.

* A sharp eye for design and typography, demonstrating expert knowledge of design principles including typography, color, and page layout.

* Proven experience in project management, creative leadership, cross-functional collaboration, design concepting, execution, and oversight.

* Demonstrated awareness of current beauty trends.

* A self-motivated strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, dedicated to elevating and upholding brand visual standards.

* A strong portfolio showcasing design solutions to business problems, underpinned by solid beauty-focused design thinking.

* Experience in the artistic direction of photo shoots and providing constructive feedback during post-production.

* Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts through visual comps and/or interactive prototypes.

* Experience in people management and mentoring a team of designers.

* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

* Expert knowledge of Mac/System software and basic Mac/PC compatibility troubleshooting.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within the beauty and/or luxury industry.

* Experience working in a highly productive creative environment.

* Proficiency with Powerpoint and Microsoft Teams.
