APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Develop system designs including use cases, CONOPS, and requirements management Collaborate with software teams to define and refine system specifications Create and execute test procedures to validate system performance Support full system lifecycle from design through integration and validation Lead cross-functional coordination and contribute to integrated product teams Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field (or 6+ years with a Master's degree) Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, or related STEM field 3+ years of experience collaborating with software teams to define system design specifications 3+ years of experience in requirements development, system design, and test execution What Sets You Apart: Experience with SNMP, REST APIs, and network configuration/troubleshooting Familiarity with virtualization tools (ESXi) and VM configuration Experience with MBSE tools such as DOORS or Cameo Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates Experience with protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark Background in UX/UI design or integrated product team environments Ability to lead initiatives, work independently, and apply AI-driven innovation Additional Information: Position is fully onsite in Dedham, MA Work schedule will fall between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
